Tania was born in Barranquilla, Colombia and moved into the South Florida area in 1981. She is a seasoned Real Estate Professional with over 20 years in the industry often tackling on the complicated issues such as, divorces, probate, estate sales, and helping those in need during foreclosure or short-sale ordeals. Tania is a certified Military Relocation Professional and prior to entering Real Estate, Tania served her country in the United States Army and now in the Army Reserves as a Human Resources Specialist and Senior Paralegal. These experiences have instilled in her the discipline, knowledge and ethics to fight for her clients best interest in every transaction. Tania approaches her real estate career with the same passion that she approaches all aspects of her life, with an honest and capable intensity for helping her clients through the entire process.
